Return and Refund Policy
At BrandYouRoom, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return or request a refund under the following conditions:
1. Conditions for returns:
- Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use and in its original packaging.
2. Return process:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at brandyouroom@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policies, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Defective or damaged products:
- If the product you received is damaged or does not match your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost.
5. Exceptions:
- If the product has arrived in perfect condition, it cannot be returned.
